GENERAL PROVISIONS 1. All communication must be done exclusively through Airbnb messages. Our customer service is available 24/7. 2. Before making a reservation, you must select the correct number of guests, which cannot exceed the property's maximum capacity. 3. Only guests registered on the reservation will be allowed entry. 4. Minors may only enter accompanied by their parents and must always be under adult supervision. 5. If you need a crib (pack and play) during your stay, please request it in advance. ABOUT CHECK-IN 1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. 2. At the time of booking, you will need to provide a photo of each guest's ID or passport before check-in. In accordance with Supreme Decree No. 011-2024-IN, we must verify and register foreign guests on the immigration platform. 3. Upon arrival at the building for the first time, you must present your identification document at reception to gain entry. ABOUT VISITORS 1. Visitors are only allowed between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM. 2. To authorize the entry of guests and visitors, we must provide the full names and identification numbers of each person in advance. This information must be submitted during our business hours. 3. The number of visitors is limited by the apartment's maximum capacity. That is, the total number of people (guests plus visitors) must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the accommodation. 4. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight; only guests may do so. ABOUT PETS 1. Pets are not allowed. DURING YOUR STAY 1. Parties or social gatherings are not permitted. Penalty: $300 USD. 2. Excessive noise is not permitted between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Penalty: $150 USD. 3. Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and/or any type of drug is not permitted. This includes outdoor areas such as windows, balconies, terraces, patios, and/or rooftops. Penalty: $150 USD. 4. The consumption of narcotics, psychotropic substances, psychedelics, and/or any type of drug is not permitted. Only moderate and responsible alcohol consumption is permitted for adults. Penalty: USD 150. 5. Taking photos and/or videos inside properties, buildings, and/or condominiums for advertising, commercial, and/or academic purposes is not permitted without prior agreement and authorization, as there is a differentiated price that depends on the chosen property and the number of people entering. 6. Hanging clothes, sheets, and/or towels on windows, balconies, terraces, and/or patios is not permitted. 7. Throwing paper, insoluble materials, and/or any type of solid object into sinks, dishwashers, and/or toilets is not permitted. 8. Posting and/or hanging signs, balloons, and/or any type of decorative item inside properties, buildings, and/or condominiums is not permitted. 9. Delivery personnel are not permitted to enter properties, buildings, and/or condominiums. Delivery orders must be received on the street. 10. It is not permitted to use elevators and/or walk through hallways and/or common areas of buildings and/or condominiums with wet shoes and/or feet. 11. The disclosure and/or publication of information that compromises the security and integrity of the properties, buildings, and/or condominiums is not permitted. 12. It is not permitted to be completely naked inside the properties while the curtains or blinds are open. It is also not permitted to go completely naked onto balconies, terraces, patios, and/or rooftops. 13. It is not permitted to use the lobby, reception area, or other common areas of buildings and/or condominiums as waiting points before check-in and/or after check-out. ABOUT CHECK-OUT 1. Turn off the lights and appliances. 2. Make sure you have all your belongings with you. If we find belongings left behind after check-out, they will be kept in our office for a maximum of 30 calendar days until they are claimed. After that, they will be donated or disposed of. We do not offer a shipping service for lost belongings within or outside the country. Perishable food and/or beverages will not be kept in our custody; they will be donated or disposed of immediately. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS 1. Be courteous to your neighbors and the building's reception staff. Also, respect common areas and quiet hours. 2. The building's reception does not work for us; therefore, any incidents must be reported directly to us.
